Dear Nessa;
 I never meant to imply that proper use of form makes up for having 
nothing to say in the first place. My contention is that the proper 
execution of form enhances the poem and makes it more truly a poem (as 
opposed to sloppy prose).
 Peruse these, and tell me if you think they are devoid of emotional 
content....



 I have included a piece of free verse, three sonnets, one haiku, and a 
piece of blank verse. It is possible to create depth of emotion, or 
descriptive vividness whilst sticking to traditional form.

 Of course, as I've mentioned before, I am rather old-fashioned about 
some things.
