Dear Nessa and Michael,

Thank you for the very nice replies!  I hope I wasn't too harsh about 
the "next-back" thing.  Also, I can imagine that figuring out a 
computer's operating system is difficult in another language, especially 
Chinese (no less learning Chinese itself!)
