Dear Acornlive Subscribers,

We've been the unfortunate target of Spammers lately on this list 
with the posting of a virus and advertisements for printer toner. May 
I offer my sincerest apologies for both the occurrance of these 
postings and for the delay in taking action over them (I was away 
on holidays when it happened).

I'm currently in contact with our provider who will take steps to 
protect this list from further unauthorised postings.

I hope this has in no way tarnished your enjoyment of this list or 
our site and that you will bear with us while we sort this out.
