Hey Christopher!!  Yes, a reaction like that after lots of HARD work on your 
part would make you wonder.  But, poetry, and reactions to it, is SOOOO 
subjective.  Poems either "hit you" or they don't...this from the reader's 
perspective.  Of course, I can appreciate style, form, etc, and still not be 
moved much by content, vice versa happens too.

Trust me, I am NOT laying aside Newgrange, BUT, given your comments, which 
were very thought provoking, I am letting it REST, and ruminating a bit on 
the experience itself.  When I pull it out, I think I'll be able to see 
better how to work on it some more.

I have been encouraged by reading and posting here.  I like the dialoge and 
exchange.  At this point, I don't write for a living, and may never do, but 
I will ALWAYS write, and thus, will always be able to improve.
