Hi,

I have a few lines from an Irish poem, but I would like to know the name and
words of the whole poem.  Also, could you please tell me who wrote it and in
what year?

The lines I have are: "A long time ago boys, a man by the name of Doherty,
was elected to the Senate, by a very large majority"
