Rachel

red hair a' shining, smile a'glowing

                    tiptoe lightly over my passion

                    my addiction to your mystery

make me believe more than I need

I wallow in cursed loving of your

                    neglect

your spreading of all gifts given-

                    devotion of strangers

                    compassion of elders

                    sensual joy of hopeful lovers

put your hand inside my breastplate

                    take the manhood- your domain-

                    take it with you

                    and leave me behind

                    daring to bathe in liquid

                    sorrow for myself.

    Swimming

                    swimming backside on fluffy pillows-

                    where are the wrinkles? he

                    is stern even while floating-

                    fish gather to his pockets

                    to reap their greed- flowers

                    surround like a shroud,

                    people stain tears

                    on his forehead,

tiring, he lets go, sinking into

                    a boxed eternity.
